• For adults aged 55 years and over only.
• Do not give to children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Do not use if you are allergic to melatonin or any listed ingredient.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
• Do not drive or operate machinery for 8 hours after taking this medicine.
• Check with your pharmacist or doctor before use if you have liver problems, kidney problems, an autoimmune disease, or any other medical condition.
• Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you take other medicines, including sleeping tablets, tranquillisers, antidepressants, oestrogen therapy, cimetidine, psoriasis treatments, caffeine, vitamins, or supplements.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose, as taking more is not expected to increase the effect.
• If symptoms persist, worsen, or you experience troublesome side effects, seek medical advice.

• Other ingredients: Ammonio methacrylate copolymer type B, calcium hydrogen phosphate, lactose, colloidal anhydrous silica, purified talc, magnesium stearate
• Contains: Lactose

• Store below 25°C.
• Protect from light.
• Keep tablets in the blister pack until it is time to take them.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, and sunlight.
• Do not store in the bathroom, near a sink, in the car, or on window sills.
• Keep out of reach of children.
