PC DICLOFENAC RAPID TAB 25MG 20

• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• This is a Schedule 3 Pharmacist Only Medicine.
• Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
• Do not use if you have a current stomach or intestinal ulcer, stomach bleeding, impaired kidney function, severe liver disease, or heart failure, unless advised by a healthcare professional.
• Do not use in children under 14 years of age.
• Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Do not take with aspirin, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, or other diclofenac products unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, stomach problems, kidney or liver problems, are over 65, or take blood thinners or other regular medicines.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if you develop an allergic reaction, chest pain, shortness of breath, black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, or symptoms that persist or worsen.

• Active ingredient: Diclofenac potassium 25mg per tablet
• Other ingredients: crospovidone, hypromellose, macrogol 400, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, mannitol, potassium bicarbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate

• Store below 30°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
