P/ACTION NAUSRELIEF 5MG 10

• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• Schedule 3 Pharmacist Only Medicine.
• Do not use in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Migraine should be medically diagnosed before first use of this medicine.
• Do not use if you are allergic to prochlorperazine, phenothiazine medicines, or any ingredient in this product.
• Do not use if you have shock, blood disorders with low blood cell counts, or jaundice, unless advised by a doctor.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, over 65 years, or have Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, kidney problems, heart or blood vessel problems, liver disease, prostate problems, epilepsy or other medical conditions.
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines, vitamins and supplements you take, especially medicines for mood, sleep, epilepsy, high blood pressure, Parkinson’s disease, alcohol, anticholinergic medicines, procarbazine or desferrioxamine.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness or light-headedness. Be careful driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Avoid alcohol, as it may increase drowsiness or dizziness.
• This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Use sun protection when outdoors.
• Seek medical advice urgently if you notice uncontrolled movements of the tongue, face, mouth or jaw, sudden fever, stiff muscles, fast heartbeat, altered mental state, excessive sweating or breathing difficulty.
• If you think you have taken too much, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or seek urgent medical attention.

• Active ingredient: Prochlorperazine maleate 5mg

• Store below 25°C.
• Protect from light.
• Store in the original container.
• Keep tablets in the pack until it is time to take them.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
