OsteVit-D One-A-Week Capsules 30 contain colecalciferol 175 micrograms, equivalent to Vitamin D3 7000 IU, in a once-weekly soft capsule. It is used as directed by a medical practitioner or pharmacist for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency in adults and adolescents, and for prevention of vitamin D deficiency in high-risk individuals.

Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus, which are important for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. OsteVit-D One-A-Week is not a source of calcium.

• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you take other medicines, vitamins or supplements, especially products containing vitamin D, calcium or phosphate supplements, thiazide diuretics, seizure medicines, orlistat, antacids, bile acid sequestrants, isoniazid or rifampicin.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to.
• If you think you have taken too much, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or seek urgent medical attention.

Storage Instructions

• Keep capsules in the pack until it is time to take them.
• Store below 25°C.
• Protect from light after opening.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and sunlight.
