Maxigesic Double Action Pain Relief 30 Tablets

• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin, other NSAIDs or any listed ingredient.
• Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, impaired kidney function or heart failure.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
• Unless advised by a doctor, do not use if you have asthma, are aged 65 years or over, take regular medicines, or regularly drink large quantities of alcohol.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take blood thinners, medicines for high blood pressure, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, corticosteroids, epilepsy medicines or other regular medicines.
• Excessive use can be harmful and may increase the risk of liver damage, kidney damage, heart attack or stroke.
• Stop use and seek urgent medical help if you develop vomiting blood, black stools, severe stomach pain, swelling of the face or throat, wheezing, shortness of breath, severe rash, blistering, or signs of an allergic reaction.
• If symptoms persist, worsen or new symptoms occur, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
• If an overdose is taken or suspected, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or go to hospital immediately, even if you feel well.

• Active ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg and ibuprofen 150mg per tablet.
• Other ingredients: Maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, talc and Opadry white.

• Contains: Lactose monohydrate.

• Store below 30°C.
• Keep tablets in the original pack until ready to take.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
• Do not store in the bathroom, near a sink, in the car or on windowsills.
• Keep out of reach of children.
