Glycoprep Orange 70g x 3 sachets is a bowel preparation medicine used to help empty and cleanse the bowel before certain medical procedures, such as colonoscopy, barium enema X-ray examination, intravenous pyelogram, or colorectal surgery.

It works by producing watery bowel motions to help clear the bowel contents. This product should be used only according to the instructions provided by your doctor, specialist, prescriber, or pharmacist.

• Do not use if you are allergic to macrogol 3350, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, or any listed ingredient.
• Do not use if you have a bowel obstruction, gastric retention, bowel perforation, toxic colitis, toxic megacolon, ileus, severe dehydration, or if your body weight is less than 20kg, unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
• Not recommended for use in children, as safety and effectiveness have not been established.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, elderly, have kidney disease, heart problems, diabetes, electrolyte disturbances, swallowing difficulties, stomach or bowel disease, or a stoma.
• This medicine may affect absorption of some oral medicines taken close to the time of dosing, including some antibiotics, heart medicines, diabetes medicines, iron supplements, and oral contraceptive pills. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
• Bowel preparation can cause frequent watery stools, abdominal cramps, bloating, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance.
• Seek urgent medical advice if you experience symptoms of severe dehydration, fainting, severe dizziness, allergic reaction, or if you feel seriously unwell.

• Active ingredients per 70g sachet: Macrogol 3350 52.9g, potassium chloride 740mg, sodium chloride 2.6g, sodium sulfate 5.6g
• Other ingredients: Ascorbic acid, silicon dioxide, Natural Orange Flavour, Sweetesse Stevia TM 97
• Does not contain lactose, sucrose, gluten, tartrazine, other azo dyes, or sulfites

Storage Instructions

• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
• Once mixed with water, the prepared solution may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
