• Do not use in children under 2 years unless advised by a doctor or optometrist.
• Do not use if you are allergic to chloramphenicol or any listed ingredient.
• Do not use if the packaging is damaged, tampered with, or past the expiry date.
• Speak to your doctor, optometrist or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, or taking other eye medicines.
• Seek medical advice before use if you have eye pain, swelling around the eye, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, limited eye movement, cloudy eye, eye injury, suspected foreign body, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, recent eye surgery, or symptoms that have occurred before.
• Do not wear contact lenses during treatment. Soft contact lenses should generally not be worn again until 24 hours after completing treatment.
• Vision may be temporarily blurred after use. Do not drive or operate machinery until your vision is clear.
• Do not share this medicine with anyone else, even if their symptoms seem similar.

• Active ingredient: Chloramphenicol 5mg/mL, equivalent to 0.5% w/v
• Other ingredients: Boric acid, borax, hypromellose, sodium hydroxide, phenylmercuric acetate, purified water
• Contains: Phenylmercuric acetate 0.002% w/v as preservative

• Store unopened bottles at 2°C to 8°C in a refrigerator.
• Do not freeze.
• Protect from light.
• After opening, store below 25°C.
• Discard 4 weeks after opening.
• Keep out of reach of children.
