Canesten 1 Day Pessary Thrush Treatment

• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• For vaginal use only. Do not swallow.
• Do not use if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any ingredient in this product.
• Seek medical advice before your first course of treatment.
• See your doctor before use if you are under 18 years or over 60 years, have diabetes, are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
• See your doctor before use if you have had 3 or more thrush infections in the last 6 months.
• See your doctor if you have pain, fever, foul-smelling discharge, unusual coloured discharge, blood-stained discharge, abnormal vaginal bleeding, vulval sores, lower abdominal pain, or pain when passing urine.
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking tacrolimus or any other medicines.
• This product may reduce the effectiveness and safety of latex condoms and diaphragms if it comes into contact with them.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if you develop irritation, burning, stinging, swelling, rash or worsening symptoms.
• See your doctor if symptoms do not improve after 4 days or if symptoms return within 2 months.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Active ingredient: clotrimazole 500mg per pessary
• Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactic acid, maize starch, crospovidone, calcium lactate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose

• Contains: lactose

• Store below 25°C.
• Keep the pessary in the blister pack until use.

• Do not use if the colour has changed.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.
