• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• This is a Schedule 3 Pharmacist Only Medicine.
• Do not use in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Do not use if you are allergic to prochlorperazine, phenothiazines, or any ingredient in this medicine.
• Do not use if you are taking other medicines that cause drowsiness.
• Do not use if you have shock, a blood disorder with a low number of blood cells, or jaundice, unless advised by a doctor.
• Do not give to anyone who is unconscious or in a coma.
• Use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, kidney problems, liver disease, heart or blood vessel problems, low blood pressure, blood clots, prostate problems, bowel problems, epilepsy, low blood calcium, reduced thyroid activity, glaucoma, or other medical conditions.
• Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you take regular medicines, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, medicines for epilepsy, diabetes, blood pressure, heart rhythm, Parkinson’s disease, blood thinning medicines, antacids, or medicines containing alcohol.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, light-headedness, tiredness or blurred vision. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as dizziness or drowsiness may be worse.
• This medicine may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Use protective clothing and sunscreen when outdoors.
• Seek medical advice urgently if you notice uncontrolled movements of the tongue, face, mouth or jaw, severe drowsiness, confusion, breathing difficulty, fast or irregular heartbeat, severe allergic reaction, or unusual symptoms.
• If an overdose is taken or suspected, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or go to hospital immediately. Do not try to vomit.

• Active ingredient: Prochlorperazine maleate 5mg per tablet
• Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica and purified water
• Contains: lactose
• Gluten-free, sucrose-free, tartrazine-free and free from other azo dyes

• Store below 25°C.
• Protect from light.
• Keep tablets in the pack until use.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
