• Always read the label and follow directions for use.
• Pharmacist consultation may be required before supply.
• Do not give to children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Do not take with other products containing paracetamol unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose. Taking too much paracetamol can cause serious liver harm.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase drowsiness.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness, tiredness or dizziness. Do not drive, operate machinery or do anything dangerous if affected.
• Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, metoclopramide or any ingredient in this medicine.
• Do not use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed unless advised by a doctor.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney disease, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, breast cancer, a history of uncontrolled movements after taking metoclopramide or similar medicines, or if you have recently had stomach or bowel surgery.
• Do not use if you have gastrointestinal bleeding, blockage or perforation, phaeochromocytoma, porphyria, or unexplained pain in the stomach, chest, legs or back unless advised by a doctor.
• Check with your pharmacist or doctor before use if you take blood-thinning medicines, epilepsy medicines, opioid pain medicines, sedatives, sleeping tablets, medicines for anxiety or mental health conditions, tetracycline antibiotics, levodopa, digoxin, flucloxacillin, or any other paracetamol-containing product.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if nausea, vomiting or headache persists.
• Seek urgent medical attention if you take too much, even if you feel well. For advice, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
• Seek urgent medical attention if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, severe drowsiness, unusual muscle spasms or stiffness, uncontrolled movements, confusion, high fever, or severe restlessness.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Active ingredients: metoclopramide hydrochloride 5mg and paracetamol 500mg per tablet

• Other ingredients: magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycollate

• Store below 30°C.
• Keep tablets in the original container or blister pack until use.
• Protect from light.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.
• Do not store in the bathroom, near a sink, in the car or on window sills.
• Keep out of reach of children.
