POLARAMINE SYP 100ML

• Do not give Polaramine Syrup to children under 2 years of age.
• Do not give to children aged 2 to 11 years except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse practitioner.
• Do not use if you are allergic to dexchlorpheniramine maleate or any listed ingredient.
• Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor medicines, unless advised by a healthcare professional.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have seizures, liver or kidney disease, thyroid disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, prostate problems, difficulty passing urine, stomach blockage, or peptic ulcer.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or light-headedness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase drowsiness or dizziness.
• Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking other medicines, including sedatives, anxiety medicines, strong pain relievers, antidepressants, or warfarin.
• If symptoms persist, worsen, or you experience serious side effects, seek medical advice.

• Active ingredient: Dexchlorpheniramine maleate 2mg/5mL
• Other ingredients: Sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sucrose, sorbitol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, menthol, ethanol, water, brilliant scarlet 4R, apricot flavour, and blood orange flavour
• Contains sugars, alcohol, sulfites, hydroxybenzoates, and sorbitol

• Store below 25°C.
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
• Do not store in the bathroom, near a sink, on a window sill, or in the car on hot days.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Rinse the dispensing syringe with hot water after use and replace the cap firmly.
